4 week Wellness Program

In this program, we identify root causes that contribute to your overall health & mindset, and begin to take the steps needed to bring healing to those areas. We take a bio-individual approach which is the idea that your health isn’t a one size fit’s all and we set a tailored plan specifically for your own health and body. We assess your health goals, health issues, relationship with food, health history, movement, and stress.

  • 4 one hour 1:1 sessions

  • Health Plan with prompts.

  • 1 private pelvic floor session, or an alternative session to fit your specific needs.

  • Weekly Accountability

What Is a Health History Assessment?

In our first session, I will give you a health history form that assesses everything I need to know about your multidimensional health. This includes your goals, needs, health concerns, and your family health history, ect. A Health History Assessment is our first step. This form gives me the information needed to create your health plan.

Prenatal Class:

This class is for expecting mothers in all stages of pregnancy that need healing and preparing in the pelvic floor muscles. This class offers specific stretches, and breathing techniques to help you in time of natural delivery. So that you can prepare your baby and body for one of the most sacred and powerful experiences of your life.

Postpartum Class:

This class is for postpartum mothers who are in need of pelvic floor strengthening and alignment. This class gets you connected to a sisterhood where you can find rest, stability, and the transformation you need to fill your cup after a time that can be so depleting. It’s easy to put your health to the side once you have a child, but depriving yourself of the care you need can leave you empty and exhausted.

Private Sessions:

Private sessions are 1:1 healing session’s that allow you to create the sacred space you need whether prenatal or postpartum, for the healing of your pelvic floor. This session will offer the same techniques as any of my pelvic floor classes.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Water and snacks

  • Blankets, pillows, or bolsters, whatever makes you comfortable.

Prior to class:

You must be confirmed by your doctor that movement is safe. And you must be 6 weeks or longer postpartum. If you are not cleared by your doctor, you cannot join the class.
