A holistic health coach is a professional who helps individuals achieve optimal well-being by considering all aspects of their lives. They go beyond physical health and address nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, relationships, and spiritual/emotional well-being. Holistic health coaches provide personalized guidance, support, and education to empower clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes. They focus on the whole person and aim to identify and address root causes rather than just managing symptoms. While they don't diagnose or treat medical conditions, they complement traditional healthcare and work collaboratively with other professionals.
